Joined about a month ago and loving the instructors, positive environment, flexible schedule and workout structure. Everyone has been so friendly and motivating. Every class feels rewarding and a step forward. I feel like I’m making consistent gains on a weekly basis and it’s been a welcome and needed change to my regular routine. Looking forward to continuing on this journey!
My husband and I both joined Crossfit and found a community of like-minded folks to improve our overall health and wellness. I deeply appreciate that Javier and team have alternative options to the Crossfit workouts such as Mobility, Build, and even Yoga for total body wellness. I've noticed a marked improvement in my achey knees and look forward to going to my classes every week. Highly recommend for folks on the full spectrum of familiarity of working out, there's something for everyone here!

Love the gym! Javier and all the coaches do an absolute stellar job adjusting form, avoiding injury risk and clearly stating the desired stimulus for each movement and WOD!

Everyone from the owner, to the coaches, to the people in class have been super friendly, welcoming, supportive, and encouraging! Whether you’ve been working out for years or are new to the gym, the workouts can be modified and adjusted to meet you where you’re at to ensure you can get the best workout possible.
