As a total beginner 3 months ago at Conifer CrossFit, I'm hooked! Love the variety, every workout is different, challenging, and never boring. The facility has great equipment. The coaches take time to teach proper form on squats, deadlifts, and pull-ups and more. Plenty of classes to choose from. Worth every penny...5 stars!
After 9wks of attending Foundations classes I can actually say that I am looking forward to each and every challenge I am faced with when there. I am like others who feel that I have every excuse as to why I can’t accomplish some task but the results give me all the feedback I need. CrossFit Conifer is awesome. They focus on strength balance endurance flexibility coordination and making sure you do it with the correct form so you don’t get hurt. I’m part of a family working on getting healthier with others doing the same. I’m so happy that I joined CrossFit Conifer.

I was hesitant about getting involved in CrossFit for a number of reasons including it felt cultish, risk of injuries, and overly “motivational “ trainers/coaches that push harder than I’m interested in. I have been so pleasantly surprised and impressed by the CrossFit Conifer team. The vibe is chill and friendly and not cultish, they are very intensional about training correct form to prevent injuries, and they are supportive and encouraging without pushing too hard. And to top it all off - it’s fun!
