I can't believe how much my body has changed since I started doing CrossFit! Every day is a new challenge and so rewarding. Seth and the members are like one big family and everyone is so encouraging no matter what your fitness level. You gotta come and check it out! You won't regret it!
Loved the atmosphere and workout. I got the feeling that no matter your level of fitness - everyone in the class was supportive of each other. Definitely hooked!
I highly recommend Crossfit CF. I recently started working out here and it's been a great experience! Seth is knowledgeable and offers plenty of motivation, encouragement and support. Really great facility as well!
