I love going to crossfit. Everyone is encouraging no matter what level of fitness your currently at, beginners, intermediate or advanced. The support keeps me going back for more. I've meet some new friends and look forward to seeing the changes in myself from working hard.
Never did crossfit before this and Alison has been so helpful with explaining and teaching me. I love the workouts and the atmosphere. Keeps me coming back!

Life changing, addicting, damn good workout, something that finally works, awesome. The list goes on and on about the benefits of Crossfit Chippewa Falls, but the only way to know is to come try it out. I feel more energized and have been able to see the changes in my body since joining.
