Loving Chippewa Falls Crossfit not going to lie it was a little intimidating when I first walked in with my husband, but that quickly eased. Everyone was very friendly and reassuring that we would do fine. Seth and Alison are excellent trainers constantly making sure we are using the correct form and encouraging at the same time. All the exercises can be modified for everyone's level. If you have been thinking about joining you should really try CF Crossfit!!!
Was recommended to here by a friend and have been going for about 2 months now and I love going here everyday everyone is friendly and it is an awesome experience.
The wife and I were on vacation visiting from St. Louis for a week, and wanted to check out a local box. Couldn't be any happier with our choice. Al and Seth were extremely nice and accommodating. We would recommend anyone who is thinking about crossfit to check them out. If ever in the St Louis area, we would love to return the hospitality.
