I love this place! The coaches are awesome, I get an awesome workout that I never regret and the other members are wonderful as well. It's the only gym that has really worked for me and I've been coming for close to 5 years
Love the whole life approach to fitness and total wellness at CFCA. Rest and self care is stressed just as much as pushing yourself and working hard. Balance!
Just coming up on 3 years with CFCA. I love my gym - the coaches and the facility are wonderful. But most of all, I love what my time spent in this place has allowed me to do (hike mountains, climb, surf, row, learn new sports, etc.), and all the encouragement I've received to accomplish these things. I'm forever grateful to Jon, Karen, and CFCA as a whole for changing my life - and it's still getting better every day!
As a former college athlete, I strive athletically in team-oriented environment...and CFCA offers a fantastic community. Every class is different, fun, and all of the coaches and members are so supportive. Great place to get fit!
Love CFCA! I've lost 5lbs in the last 2 weeks here. Great way to push yourself and get motivated by those around you.
