Functional fitness at it's best with an amazingly supportive community.
Painted on the walls of this gem is the quote "work hard, stay humble". This quote perfectly describes the culture here at CFCA. Coaches are top notch, always making sure you are getting the movements down with all the little nuances, to maximize performance as well as always making safe and proper movements a priority. A great group of people who are inspiring and encouraging no matter what your fitness level is. A great team environment!
It's a humble gym with inspiring people. its a community gym that accepts all and provides the encouragement and support you need to achieve any goal. I would not call this a typical "cross fit" gym. The non judgmental attitude and environment making a friendly and welcoming place to achieve who you want to be.
I would absolutely recommend joining in on a class the staff is great and environment is super friendly A+

Absolutely the most welcoming Crossfit I have been to - interesting workouts, great group of people
Nothing like a huge mass of energetic positive reinforcement to get me to work it more in 55 minutes than I can do by myself in a year. Great bunch. I'm pathetically out of shape, the stamina of a mouse but heading in the right direction.
This is the best place to workout. The community is supportive and positive. I recommend this gym to everyone.
