I recommend CrossFit Brunswick, because the Trainers are very professional and they take the time to make sure that every exercise is demonstrated properly. The group/members are very motivated and influential to push yourself

If you love extreme workout, this is the place to come
I have dropped in at quite a few Boxes over the years, but this place truly shines. Had so many members come up and introduce themselves and make me feel welcome. Organized and well-run warmup, strength and WOD. Loved my visit, will likely drop-in again before my vacation is done.
I love this place. These people are very patient & kind to work with you on any level! This place has such a friendly & welcoming atmosphere.
Great place, with great athletes and coaches. Everyone makes you feel welcome and you are continually pushed on every WOD.
