I write this review as a newbie and also with my second experience with CF. My first experience was in another city and was cut short due to an injury. I love CFBC because the welcoming atmosphere, the wisdom of the coaches (that know how to teach you so that you don't get injured and yet can still push yourself) and that the amazing fit folks can work out side by side with folks like me (who have a long way to go).
