Updated/newer facilities. Friendly staff and members. Good amount of space and plenty of equipment.
Dropped in at CrossFit Anchor Down in Orange Beach and had a great experience. The gym is very spacious with plenty of room to move, and the equipment is well maintained. What really stood out was the friendly, welcoming atmosphere—coaches and members were great and made it easy to feel right at home. The coaching was solid and the workout was challenging but scalable for all levels. If you're visiting Orange Beach or live nearby and are looking for a great CrossFit gym or new gym, I highly recommend CrossFit Anchor Down

This place is AWESOME! I was so nervous to start working out again after having my daughter, let alone start CrossFit, but from day one every single person has been so kind and supportive! There is no feeling of judgement and the workouts can be scaled to your strength/fitness level. The instructors are all amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and walk you through each workout as a class.
