I have loved my time at CrossFit 806! In 14 months with the guidance of coaches, body scans, and nutrition information sessions, I am down 50 lbs. Kyle and his team have truly saved my life. I look forward to continuing CrossFit.
Dropped in and the coach greeted me immediately, partnered with some members for the killer WOD and very clean and organized box
They were all very welcoming to me as a visitor which isn’t always the case when traveling.
