Great classes, coaches, and people! Love coming here to workout
I was nerves coming here, because I let myself go and I felt that everyone will look at me and think I don't belong there because I'm not in the best shape. Plus I've never did Crossfit. I've always did free weights. Boy was I wrong! Everyone is great and I have a great trainer! Eric you are the best! Thanks for pushing me hard and not letting me give up on myself. Now I'm going 3xs a week and every session a hour long.
