CrossFit 781 is a great gym and community. If you’re looking for a great workout and programming you found it. Eric and all the other coaches are awesome. They care about you, your success and performance which is a reflection on how well they do their job. No matter where you’re starting or if you never picked up a barbell. Supportive community and positive environment!
I did a drop in session when on holiday in Weymouth and I really loved it! I’d never tried CrossFit before and the instructor Rob was really encouraging and broke down all the exercises before doing the full work out. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming, I would definitely join if I lived in Weymouth!
Dropped in for the 4th of July workout and what an awesome workout! Eric was so friendly and helpful!
