As a beginner, I find that the trainers have the right attitude and temperament to get you where you need to be. The programs are tough but good, I find myself being excited to find out what we will be doing next. Scheduling classes is simple and the atmosphere is awesome, you see people at all fitness levels pushing themselves to the MAX. It's great and I love it.
I'm very happy with everything there from the instructors to the other members everyone is very helpful and the workouts are great
