I've been wanting to try crossfit for a long time now and since I just moved into the neighborhood and I had numerous recommendations for Crossfit 718 I decided to give it a try. From my first free intro session with Coach Israel, my 4 basic sessions with Coach Adam and now my first full-fledged class with Coach Dariel I am floored by the sense of community at the gym, and the professionalism of the coaches.
