Crossfit 714 is not your typical macho gym rat Crossfit gym... No; what you will find at 714 is a community of caring and supportive people and staff who are into life change together. Most Crossfit gyms I've been to tend to have a "so what, we're too cool and suck it up" type mentality when you walk in the door, but not at this place. 714 is the real deal, full of authentic people who wanna help you achieve your goals... If you have New Years goals for fitness (which all of you do!) I would HIGHLY recommend it!
The coaches are like family, very friendly and helpful. They really helped me with my knee recovery and can't thank them enough. I love! The 6:30 class they have treated me like family.
Christian atmosphere, awesome coaches. I would recommend to anybody wanting to get in shape.
