FYI one of your cross fit 714 members almost hit my little girl while in the Albertsons parking lot a few minutes. I advice that guy wearing your shirt and with a white SUV with your sticker on it to be a cautious when children are present!

The staff is AMAZING and so patient with the beginners. You will not feel out of place! They work with you and what you are capable of doing, no pressure. I highly recommend CROSSFIT 714
Prior to joining I had never done any type of CrossFit. When I started looking for a gym I looked at Google, FB, Yelp, and did a few visits to check out the different facilities. I was looking for a non intimidating place where a 40 year old guy can get in shape. I chose Crossfit714 because of how welcoming they are, the large number/type of classes offered and also the fact that the classes were not overloaded. CrossFit 714 is a great box to work out in very friendly staff make you feel comfortable and at home and also know how to push you if you want to get some good results this place is where you’re going to want to be good friends good people very fun environment. I plan to go again and I can’t wait.
