Having gone here now regularly for about 5 months or so, I can honestly give it 5/5 stars. Jonny and Alana have shown nothing but kindness and patience, and their expertise has been immensely helpful as I've already been able to garner improvements in my overall health, strength and mobility. I now look forward to my M/W/F workouts and I'm excited to see what I can accomplish here moving forward, given the past 5 months and how great they have been.
I went to CF 5885 for four weeks when I stopped by in Minnesota in August while moving from the West coast to the East. I reached out to Jonny to workout at 5885 and he was very accommodating. This was my first experience of a CrossFit gym after working out at the same gym in Redmond, WA since I started CrossFit. All the classes that I attended were coached by Jonny.
