Came for the fitness, stay for the community! The people here are incredible and the programmed workouts are so rewarding, this place is awesome!
Having gone here now regularly for about 5 months or so, I can honestly give it 5/5 stars. Jonny and Alana have shown nothing but kindness and patience, and their expertise has been immensely helpful as I've already been able to garner improvements in my overall health, strength and mobility. I now look forward to my M/W/F workouts and I'm excited to see what I can accomplish here moving forward, given the past 5 months and how great they have been. This gym is awesome! The owner is very welcoming and knowledgeable, and the members made me feel right at home as a brand-new CrossFitter. The 10:00a.m. class I've attended a few times is super kid friendly, and I'm inspired by so many incredible parents finding time to pursue fitness! Will be back :)
Best gym ever!!! I went to this crossfit gym to try it for a week back in May 2025 and since then I am member. Its the best decision i ever made. The coaches here are amazing and thry are willing to work with you whatever fitness level you are at beginners to pro athletes they give individual attention to everyone and help you improve. Give it a try you won't regret it.
