In November of 2011, after scrolling through the Crossfit 321 website and reading that I did not already have to be an elite athlete to join, I walked right in and signed up for Fundamentals. Great place! Great coaches who work with you on getting things right. Other gym goers are great to, coming in at all levels from super fit to just starting out. I highly recommend this place!
LOVE it here!! Their coaches are awesome and the support from the others is fantastic!
