Great programing, lots of quality equipment, fun classes, and good coaching. Solid gym in all areas.
CrossFit 321 is an awesome place to train. I dropped in 3 times during a recent trip to the area and was met with an clean and fully stocked facility, staffed with excellent coaches and friendly members! I will definitely come back!
I love this place. I was really nervous when I first started out because I was totally out of shape, but the environment is so welcoming and supportive. It's the best thing I've done for myself in a long time!!
Absolutely love this place and love the trainers just as much!!! Excited to be a part of 3-2-1!
