I've been going here for about 3 months. I didn't have much experience or exposure to crossfit before starting here but the coaches and other members really make you feel comfortable. Anytime I have a question or want someone to take a second look at form anyone is willing to do it. The positive encouragement to keep going and to do your best is fantastic. They really care about the individual becoming more fit not just about seeing numbers go up on your lifts. I look forward to what the future holds!
