I attended Swole Wars 2017 at CrossFit 313. It was one of the most carefully managed, well judged, friendly, and fun competitions I have participated in. The facility is spotless, the coaches are approachable and experienced, and the whole place has a welcoming and encouraging vibe. Great box and great people. Go check it out!
I joined the Spartan Up! challenge hosted by Crossfit 313. With Coach Ashley's help, I was able to go from walking around the block to completing my 1st Spartan Sprint within my personal goal time!! Aroo!! Needless to say, I became hooked and joined the box to continue reaching more goals I've set for myself. I have been in Crossfit over three years now and have even earned my CF-L1. I have been to numerous boxes and have never experienced one like 313. The coaches are super knowledgeable and want to see everyone hit their goals. They take their time and make sure everyone is stretched and ready to go before hitting a well programed WOD.
After working out at a globo gym for the past 2 years I got the courage up to try crossfit again after many years. I was a little hesitant to pick a box and I am extremely lucky I found this one. From the moment you walk in you are engaged with the Coaches and are apart of the team. Nobody is a stranger for more then the first couple of minutes. The Coaches are super knowledgeable and want you to push yourself in the gym and outside of it. They have even encouraged other members of the box to get their Coaching certificates!... read more
