CrossFit 313 hosted a Macrostax Nutrition Challenge at their gym and Ashley and the members of 313 were awesome to work with! Everyone supported each other and I can only imagine that the vibe is the same when working out! If I ever find myself in their neighborhood, I'll definitely drop in!
Crossfit 313 is amazing.. workouts are well planned out and the coaching is fabulous. The coaches explain every move in great detail before every workout. The 313 squad is amazing and I am blessed to be a part of such a great group of people.

A little over a month in and lost almost 10 lbs. the coaches are awesome and so are the people. Offers discounts for Military/Fire/EMS. Gym is clean.
These guys are AWESOME. I've never met such a friendly group! So welcoming to anyone who comes in. The trainers are the best, they answer any questions you have, make sure you're doing everything correctly, and they will help you in anyway they can to help you reach your goals. So glad I decided to join!
