RecommendedCrossFit 313 is amazing. Clint and Ashley Thompson are great owners, leaders, coaches, but most importantly...great people! It’s one big family, programming is on point. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, caring, open to modify on an individual basis, positive and... well, absolutely fabulous. If you’re looking for a CrossFit gym, you will fall in 💙 with CrossFit 313.

Dosen't matter how seasoned you are in life or what injuries you may be recovering from. The Coach's at -313- are passionate about helping you reach your goals and will modify the WOD to meet your fitness level. Try it!
