Regenerate is a place that provides both a strong welcoming group of coaches and other participants, as well as challenging yet achievable workouts. I’m glad I came here and even though each day is tough, I feel better physically and mentally. Come check it out!
This is a great gym. Really helped me with accountability through community and simplifying workouts that were already set when I showed up to exercise. If you want to really get in physical shape I would highly recommend Regenerate!
The community and gym are amazing! Definitely recommend for ALL ages!
I have been going to Regenerate for 5 months now and I have loved every minute. It is undoubtedly challenging, but also motivating and encouraging when the coach is constantly cheering you on. I have worked out at other gyms and not felt as encouraged and capable as I do at Regenerate. I am so glad I chose to work out here.
