Why on earth have I been paying $1,565 for a 2 bed/2 bath HANDICAP accessible unit when you have 3 bedrooms that way cheaper?!! The highest 2 bedroom available is $1,377 per YOUR website!! When I came to the office to renew, Denise was adamant about me renewing my lease for the SAME AMOUNT!! I did not have a new stove, dishwasher, nor oven so WHY am I being charged a FULL RENOVATION amount?!! She also claimed that I needed to be financially approved to pay for a 3 bedroom, only to pay the exact same amount I am already payin... read more
Very nice and clean, safe and quiet. I love it here. The staff always very nice and friendly. My only big problem at the moment is the parking situation.
Denise was wonderful. I had some extraordinary circumstances with a layoff, and she worked with me on my move out date and was incredibly generous and flexible. Thank you Denise.
