We just moved from Cross Creek. We had lived there for 2yrs. The 2yrs that we were there, we lived in a 2 & 3 bedroom units. Working with Gail, Tina, and the rest of the staff was always a pleasant experience. They were always accommodating and easy to work with our needs. Maintenance issues were always handled accordingly and quickly. The pool was always kept up and they throw a nice summer pool party DJ/Food. It was one of my best apt living experiences and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.
Moved in a few months ago. All staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. The apartment is very roomy. The bedrooms are bigger than any I've ever seen. Walk in closets are very spacious too. Appliances, heat/air, and electric work great. The gates do work intermittently but it definitely wasn't a deal breaker for me. Maintenance is working on the issue. Looking forward to enjoying the pool here soon!
Apt itself was nice and the maintenance guys were wonderful to me. There were some staff members working in the office that were not so delightful and u want to avoid them to have a pleasant experience. The tanning and pool were enjoyable. Fitness center was limited and the hot tub was broken a lot bc of the kids that were in it.
They are terrible the hot tub worked for one week when we moved here in July 2014 and they never fixed it the gates never work emt can't even get through them in an emergency unless someone with a key card can let them in !! Maintenance never came to fix our roof from the ice storm in February and the property manager Gail argues with you when you tell them you need something fixed !! I don't recommend this place to anyone !!
I have mostly enjoyed living here however, I let the management team and the maintenance person know that my oven was not heating correctly and that it was running between 30°-45° to hot and was told that it would be taken care of. I spoke with both people in the office yesterday and Andrew told me that be would get it fixed yesterday afternoon, well no one showed and my oven is still not fixed.
