I filled out a form for info about Cross Country Mortgage. I received a call advising of services offered. I decided not to move forward with their products and requested to be placed on their "do not call list". The company calls every day from a different number. Each time I answer the call and ask not to be called any more. I also block the number. They keep calling daily from a different number, in violation of my my multiple requests. I want this company to delete and destroy my contact info and not share it with anyone... read more

LET ME START BY SAYING IF I COILD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD. I have had the absolute worst experience I have ever even heard of with Crosscountry. 0 customer service what so ever. I have never been lied to so many times in my life. All I want is help getting my check and it seems they don't care about anything other than my mortgage payment every month. I'm disgusted. Lost my roof in the hurricane, they have held my check to be endorsed for the last 2 weeks. I call, they tell me it will be sent out tomorrow. Tomorrow come... read more

took money out of my account that they were not supposed to and I have to wait 30 days to get it back... this is bs.. this is xmas money.. not everyone just has an extra grand hanging out in their bank account to use at your disposal... thanks for ruining my xmas

Bobby *******is a crook, and if ****** ****** spends more time in the Klink than him; the US justice system has completely failed the American people. This is a predatory loan organization. It should not be allowed to operate. They blatantly lie to customers about financial products, and don't have the knowledge or expertise to work in the industry legitimately.

Worst Customer Service in the Mortgage Industry. Spoke with a Viloleta. Did not have any compassion for service or resolving my complaint. All I wanted was to make a payment because it would not allow for me to do it online. But yet because of their online issue, she wanted to charge me a fee of $11.50 to process a payment because of their inept of their website. Why should I have to pay for their issue? Terrible - Make sure to pay your mortgage 45 days before it is due. Took them 23 days to process an electronic payment. Causing my 740 credit score to drop to 588 now I am contacting ****and Obviously BBB

I'm a realtor with Classic Properties in the Pocono Mountains area in Pennsylvania. I long time client and friend of mine used Cross Country at my recommendation. What I didn't realize was that He got to a call center phone number and assigned to a originator in another state. Long story short it was the worst lending experience I have ever experienced.... I would never recommend this company!!!! 1 star is a high rating. So many mistakes on our morgage down to listing our home at another address. That mistake messed up our insurance policy. 2nd we had to use them for escrow. They sent us and overage check i callled and let them know that didn't seem right. Then tell us a few months later we are negative in escrow. You can't get your questions answered by a live person they want you to use an email to communicate urgent matters.
