This company dragged their feet for 5 months and my contract ran out on the home I was buying. Which is probably a good thing that I won’t be in business with the sham of a company. Dominic is a joke and so is this the entire staff and management. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a mortgage.

If I could give stars I would bc This is by far that’s the worst mortgage company I have ever dealt with they are not compassionate they do not care about anything but taking your money they raise your rates without telling you nobody calls you back when you request phone calls I cannot wait to get out of this mortgage company and I will tell everybody who even looked into this mortgage company to run look for a different company as soon as possible they are scammers they are disgusting

They Don't Care! About their customers OR these reviews. But I will leave one nevertheless, in the hope that it spares at least one of you from making the same mistake the rest of us made. I would have lost my home if up to these crooks. Not only are they crooks, who would still not be satisfied even if they stole your last dime, they are cold-hearted and seemingly enjoy causing the maximum amount of harm to people. This company has been illegally telemarketing me for over 4 weeks and I have requested to not be called 12 times and they keep calling and ignoring my requests so I have filed an ftc compliant as well. My information was illegally obtained and used for telemarketing by cross country mortgage and they are in serious violation of State and Federal Laws.

First notice of CHANGE Circumstances Closing Disclosure dated June 15, 2022. I believe I started the process in May, Spring 2022 Specialist description Michael ******** *******, Lender Representative Months of my time were wasted. I have a stack of papers and online copies of all that I sent the loan officer. Every time I got «one more» completed I had to contact others again. The worst mortgage company ever! Do yourself a favor and stay away from these scammers. They got my deal for 60 days and were always affirmative and positive that everything was perfect and we were going to close but, in reality, all they did was to put me and my hard-gotten under-contract property at risk as well as my deposit for the transaction because they were so negligent to do their job when they had 2 months for it and then 1 day before closing and after emailing me that they were working on my clear to close they ca... read more

Kept wanting money up front. Kept promising mortgage was good to close. Then refuse to answer calls. Sent text wanting me to spend more money. Then claims it fell through. Bad business

Horrible lender experience. Currently, in the process of buying a house in Florida. 2.5 weeks out I get told we can't get the loan per Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines. Jason Allen offered me an option of another lender for 30% down with 6% fees. SCAM ARTIST! Never do business with them EVER!
