I worked with Jeff ***** at the Chandler AZ location. He couldn't have wanted my business less. After pre qualifying me at 3.5% he changed it to 4.8% on closing week. No changes to credit or income. His interest rate only changed when he found out my ethnicity. Jeff ***** does not want business with African American men. Please stay away from this racist man and company that clearly support his racism.

Denied my loan the night before closing after 3 months sending and resending same documents they won’t issue me an denial letter which I need so I can my earnest Money back, they are the worse in history STAY AWAY FROM ANY CROSS COUNTRY OFFICES!!! SCAM!!!!

First off, I am a first responder and not that it should matter but as a nurse most people can understand how busy we are. I have had my mortgage for a year the 28th of this month, I had a late payment to my mortgage company in November for October 2021. If most of you do not know, your credit takes a massive hit, when your mortgage payment is accidentally late. I usaly dont wright reviews but i had to share this one . crosscountry had me to refinance my home and i had to submitt tons of doucments which cost me a lot of efforts and over 4 months of time . crosscountry kept on requesting more doucments which i had to obay to get this application moving ,just before the new 2022 Mr charles said that all is good and we are closing any time, that did not happen and we hit the new 2022 ,thats when charles of crosscountry sent me a new list of douccments to submitt as if i did not provide... read more

I have been receiving cross county spam emails, often 3-5 daily. I have opted out (despite never doing business with them and never requesting emails) every time. I have blocked them. However, every email comes with a. Slightly different address This company, to me, is nothing but a mass spamming company

The loan process with CrossCountry started well, but when I started the closing process with them I started to find the hidden fees that nobody told me about it. They locked my rate higher than what was available in the market at that point. I was not concerned with that because I was told that I could choose a better rate by the time that of the closing, so when we were closing I asked to get the better rates available at that point and for my surprise the agent told me that I would have to pay extra 5,000+ dollars to switc... read more

Worst company for spamming potential customers, i get multiple emails from different email addresses daily, i have called and complained but nothing stops them from sending, these scammers should be shut down.

Cross country applied escrow to another account . Countless phone calls to customer service and no resolution yet . When you call the typical response (we have to run a analysis report ) call back in a week . Cross Country mistake will cost you a lot of your personnel time .
