I have to say the universe paired me with the best lender possible. He was knowledgeable, kind, caring, compassionate, diligent, very informative, answered all of my questions in a timely manner, worked around the clock, and I felt that he listened to all of my concerns and worked with me. They call me 2-3 times per day, everyday. I'm not even in the market for what they sell. I've asked to be taken off their list. Its harassment.

I have been attempting to collect an overpayment of $1700 because I made an error and thought I missed a payment. I have been requesting this refund since the 27th of April, and I advised the level of urgency as it was all of the money, I had remaining to pay bills and buy groceries. I was bounced around to 6 different people and 2 departments, I have sent proof of the overpayment to 2 various departments; however, no one has reached out to date. Unscrupulous money hungry company that cares nothing for its clients. We were sent 3 different loan estimates with wildly different numbers. No one would return my phone calls or respond to my emails. We were left with no choice but to extend our closing date and reapply with a different mortgage company. CCM Company cost us thousands of dollars amend we almost lost the house we had under contract. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible! Absolutely Terrible!

This company definitely wants there money but to give it to them omg!I I tried to log in it toldme account has been inactive 30days hasn't been a full month since I made the last payment. Ok so there going to send a code to your email still waiting on the code. So I call I tell the rep my address 3xs she told me I was still missing a part of my address I gave up! Cross Country Mortgage has been the worst company to deal w in any of my housing/ refi processes ever. Wendell M**** my officer has no idea what was going on thru the process and his, management was none existent. I would NEVER recommend d this company of any kind refi. Complete disaster! Run if they call

Horrible. Do not use this company, run the other way. Steven ****** in a con that drags you along until the last minute. This company needs to be held accountable,I am filing law suit to get some damages back. Always checking with underwriting, Will return calls or questions ASAP. Costco reviews are bought and paid for. Bogus reviews to suck customers into the SCAM. I have perfect credit and a 50% down payment and still sucked into rabbit hole that has no end for more personal information that they can exploit and sell. Avoi... read more
