Patrick and his team were great to work with. They were helpful and guided us every step of the way.
We primarily worked with Kelly Murphy and had a great experience. She's very nice and easy to talk to. She has a great perspective because of her experience as a lender but also she flips houses on the side so she is very knowledgeable. Great resource to have! We also worked with Sam Sak who was another great resource when we had questions and very kind. They provided step by step guidance when needed as we were first time home buyers and often needed a little hand holding through the process.
The loan process was seamless start to finish with Kelly and her team! She is creative and great at structuring a loan to best meet her client's specific needs. I look forward to working with Kelly again!
