My client used them and they didn’t take good care of him and my review of one star which is one too many is based on my opinion on how they handled his mortgage. Emails were not responded to and a realtor who refers them a ton of business had to step in to get them to call me back.. They didn’t even show up to his closing either. I would not use them nor would I recommend them to anyone. In my opinion you don’t treat customers like they did.

Best mortgage company I have been associated with. Responsive, knowledgeable, professional, great pricing. If they tell you they can do your loan, they will do it. Quick turn around times on approvals too.
The entire team at Guaranteed Rate was phenomenal and super efficient throughout our very short 29 day closing period. They were always available via email or phone calls to answer our questions and they made it very easy for us to understand what was happening and what the next step was so we always knew how our loan was being processed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a loan in the future!
