Every time I have visited the office every staff member is friendly and professional. Each step is explained beforehand in an understandable manner.
I was very happy with the visit, and felt like we were the only patients in the building. The Dr's were great, aa was the Dental assistant. The receptionist was very helpful and answered all of my questions.
everything was fine - lots of parking, very little wait, comfortable office, excellent dental work with special attention to my comfort

The people in the organization take the time to make every visit a pleasant and enjoyable event. The dental Team are professional but at the same time very personal.
They were able to diagnose in 15 minutes a painfull problem that had gone undiagnosed by my previous dentist for years. They referred me to Dr. Christopher Ross at Extraordinary Endodontics in Lowell who did an fantastic job treating me.
The hygienest took me within 5 minutes of my appointment time. She carefully explained the procedure and asked several times if I was OK or needed a break.
Professional and polite. They explained everything very well. No high pressure "sales" as I have had at other dentist.
