Walking right in the door you are greeted with a smile and if there is a wait it is not very long. I was numbed for some fillings and the dentist could tell I was not numbed enough and gave me more-how thoughtful. The dental assitant was right there all the time to assist and was very pleasant.
I haven't had a cleaning like this in a LONG time. The hygienist found a few trouble spots and showed me what I can do to improve these areas. I appreciated the soothing background music and the calming effect that the staff had on my nerves!!
had to have peridontal work done, was a good experience,pleasant, not painfull,everyone was super nice and caring and compassionate toward me. dr urban and his assistant and all the staff are at cross point dental really go out of there way to make your visit pleasant.
