We lived there for two years, November 2012-2014 and it was nothing but trouble. Our gas heater gave us CO2 poisoning and then caused a gas leak. We had to evacuate and call Vectren. Then it shorted out TWICE and the fan was so loud, it kept waking us up. Management's favorite response was to blame the former owners. It took 3 months to get a new furnace. They just don't care.
