Ive been waiting over a month to get my fridge fixed, Its leaking water everywhere & I have yet had no one come look at it. Even after calling over 5 times. They want me to start paying 10$ more in rent when they cant even fix anything. Also our blindes are messed up and they gave us a 2 day notice to fix them or charge us 25$ for each blinde. Fixed our facuets in two weeks after i got it , everything works great and you have to put a work order if you want them to fix something and they do it pretty quick , just have to be paitent and we plan on living here a long time !
Staff is friendly and it is gorgeous to live around their ponds. Had an incident with the air-conditioning going out 2 months ago, but it was fixed ASAP with another of their friendly staff. Neighbors are great and friendly, but not nosey. I have a service dog and a therapy dog in training and the staff not only had no problem with them, but made sure everything went smoothly for my dogs and I.
Best in madison county. I hate to see the apartments that they was compared to. They don't have heat or air conditioning and refuse to fix anything.
Do they answer their facebok messenger at all. Just curious or is it a waste of time?
