RecommendedMy son has been with Dr. Ancona since the day he was born (he’s now 14). So when we heard that Dr. Ancona had retired we were definitely feeling concerned about where we would go from here. Among the variety of medical issues my son has he is also autistic. Stacey has been seeing my sons and giving us the best medical attention. She not only is so patient with my 2 year old, he loves her. She takes the time to explain everything to me and calls me back immediately when I have questions. We’ve been able to go through this cold/flu season with much more ease and comfort knowing Stacey is taking care of us!
Was referred from Mercy due to the premature nature of the birth. Each visit was rushed and I overlooked the lack of attention due to the high number of patients seen. Two weeks ago I called to schedule an appointment and “ office manager” ( was untruthful about her position) unprofessionally gave balderdash conversation after hanging up twice. I hate doing this SO much. We love Dr. Ancona. He’s absolutely wonderful. Unlike most doctors who jump on the meds bandwagon he really took the time to make sure 100% that my son actually has ADHD and needed meds. He’s very helpful and makes sure my kids are healthy and fit. He answers all questions I have and truly cares about your children. I’d give him 5 stars for sure.
