I walked into Cross Keys Auto at the close of business on a Saturday only expecting to browse the lot to see what I may be interested in. Once I arrived, I immediately asked for Nick because I was referred to him, he went over how their program works for individuals with troubled credit and immediately took an application on me. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHACK!!!!! I should have known better than to buy a car from these fools. They sold me the vehicle by telling me they stand behind every vehicle they sell. They also claim to have done a 100 point inspection but non of what I was about to find out two weeks later showed up on the so called inspection. As it warmed up I went to use my AC and it was not working. Tried charging it but one of the lines had a hole in it. My battery was bad. The liftgate in the rear would not open all the way. Do not purchase a car from these people, horrible! They cost me thousands, and when I try to get them to honor their 30 days warranty I was met with bullying tactics and refused to do the right thing.
