Staff is nice enough about maintenance issues, but does a poor job of enforcing rules that don’t directly impact them. The pool is also smaller and less deep which is beyond frustrating when I pay more almost every year to live here. We never even got the tennis court back and the “dog run” is a joke. The front office staff member is unprofessional and does not take your concerns seriously.
Office staff is rude and inconsiderate. You’ll Pay a lot of money for rent just to be treated like a waste of their time.
