The front office staff member is unprofessional and does not take your concerns seriously.
Office staff is rude and inconsiderate. You’ll Pay a lot of money for rent just to be treated like a waste of their time.
We have lived here for a year now and have enjoyed our time here. We love being tucked away right off of western, and the trees keep noise to a minimum. We never hear road noise or loud neighbors. Maintenence is very responsive, and every small issue we have had was resolved promptly.
