This place is totally not worth the rent hike. You're paying for Mold, leaks, bugs & old carpet. Antiquated pikes and an electrical nightmare. The dishwasher smells like death, so we've never used it.

Overpriced for what it is. We happened to sign a lease at the wrong time and then every month following similar units were renting for at least 100 dollars less than ours. I would not move here if you are moving during the summer or during times more people are looking to move, their pricing takes advantage of that. We were told when we moved in the tennis court and dog park area was being renovated and it never was, but they did re-do the pool which is now smaller and less deep than the previous one. Its a great decision to choose Cross Creek so peaceful very clean close to everything and I feel very safe. The staff are super nice thanks Kristen Dailey your awesome!
I've lived here for almost a year and my boyfriend and I absolutely love it. Price: Price could definitely be lower for the space and standard apartment design/flooring/ways of painting and renovating. Apartment definitely has some "landlord special" moments in it, but I've been living in Knoxville for almost 5 years now and they've done better than most. $1700 for a 2 bedroom thats not furnished is pretty crazy.
