Doris Guillen The staff, including the doctors, at this facility are the most caring and professionals that I have had for my dogs.
Spent thousands of dollars with no resolution Dr. Hodge is really nice, but unfortunately nice doesn't help me. I have over two years of experience with this vet, and I think it's finally time to find another. I am a doctoral student, so needless to say, I don't have very much money. My cat has chronic cystitis, which is a lifelong problem that requires constant care. Excellent Care at Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre I have been bringing Bella, my basset hound, here since I moved to Tampa. Dr. Hodge and his staff have provided the very best in pet care that I have ever encountered. Bella is treated like one of their own, and Dr. Hodge always has time to fully explain his diagnosis and plan of care. Negative complaints are like a disease! To P.B. - REALLY?! You won't go see a vet because of a rebuttal to an inflamitory and insulting comment?! Have you read some of the comments for other animal hospitals? The negative ones are full of fabricated lies. I applaud Dr. Hodge for setting things right! Why shouldn't he offer some explaination. Unhappy Customer I took my dog to Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre - for a followup visit. I was very surprised that they charged me again. They are not about the dogs but the money. Way over priced. I will not be taking my dogs there again nor will I recommend this facility.
Owner I can't thank you enough!!!!!!! Mojo is so much fun since he's been loosing weight! I knew he was when he started stealing my slippers like he did when he was a puppy! I smile every time I see them dragged out of the closet and elsewhere in the house! I feel like I have my baby back! He's even playing more and I swear he's listening better. It's so wonderful! You guys are the best . . .
Very Happy Love this place. They are very caring and very helpful. As to the person that had an issue with the groomer, I believe that the groomer is actually a separate business (Fins & Fur) if memory serves me. I've been taking my pets here since move to Tampa in 2004 and have never been disappointed. It can be a bit pricier than other vets, but it's worth it to me and my pets.
Cross Creek Animal Medical Ctr is the best vet clinic in Tampa Bay!! I've taken my cat to Cross Creek Animal Medical Center for over 6 years now, and they're easily the best vet facility around, with Dr. Hodge being the best vet in Tampa Bay! My cat had a rare parasite that the first vet we took the cat to missed. Dr. Hodge took the time and researched the parasite and was able to effectively treat my cat immediately. Cross Creek Animal Medical Ctr is excellent... Just like any expectant parent we were both excited and nervous awaiting the arrival of our Old English Mastiff puppy. Both my husband and myself are medical professionals (for humans). We did our research, leaving nothing to chance with our new family addition.
