Friendly, caring team We have been going to Cross Creek since 2004, and the entire team is so caring and friendly. Dr. Hodge does an excellent job explaining any medical issues or concerns so you leave his office with a full understanding. The office stays up-to-date with technology and treatments. I really appreciate the teams follow-up and concern.
Cross Creek Animal Medical Ctr is wonderful. Simply the most caring and helpful animal medical center I've ever dealt with. I can call with concerns and rest assured that the Dr. will be given my question - and within a day I'll hear back with an answer/recommendation. Dr. Tim has done both my dogs' spay/neuter, as well as dew claw removal surgery and anal gland removal surgery. A wonderful place! I absolutely love taking my puppy to Cross Creek. The staff is wonderful and they make going to the vet a really nice experience. My great dane puppy actually loves going in for his appointments. I think it's because the staff is so warm and friendly and it's apparent that they truly value you and your pets. The center is very clean, and he receives excellent medical care. Unhappy Customer I took my dog to Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre - for a followup visit. I was very surprised that they charged me again. They are not about the dogs but the money. Way over priced. I will not be taking my dogs there again nor will I recommend this facility.
Very friendly staff The staff was great with our dog Annie, as well as the three little girls with me that showed off their dance moves and sang every Frozen song. I did think the prices were pretty steep...we will see how it plays out. This was my first visit.
Very Happy Love this place. They are very caring and very helpful. As to the person that had an issue with the groomer, I believe that the groomer is actually a separate business (Fins & Fur) if memory serves me. I've been taking my pets here since move to Tampa in 2004 and have never been disappointed. It can be a bit pricier than other vets, but it's worth it to me and my pets. Btw, my dog can be pretty unruly too, but the groomer has never had a problem with her. Anyhow, that's just my two cents.
Negative complaints are like a disease! To P.B. - REALLY?! You won't go see a vet because of a rebuttal to an inflamitory and insulting comment?! Have you read some of the comments for other animal hospitals? The negative ones are full of fabricated lies. I applaud Dr. Hodge for setting things right! Why shouldn't he offer some explaination. Excellent Care at Cross Creek Animal Medical Centre I have been bringing Bella, my basset hound, here since I moved to Tampa. Dr. Hodge and his staff have provided the very best in pet care that I have ever encountered. Bella is treated like one of their own, and Dr. Hodge always has time to fully explain his diagnosis and plan of care. Dr. Hodge and his staff show genuine compassion not only for the pet, but for the "pet parents" as well. Cross Creek Animal Medical Ctr is excellent... Just like any expectant parent we were both excited and nervous awaiting the arrival of our Old English Mastiff puppy. Both my husband and myself are medical professionals (for humans). We did our research, leaving nothing to chance with our new family addition.
