What ever happened to Customer Service? We called CCPS originally 4 years ago. They came out to fix a problem, left, and the next day the problem continued. Last year, we called them out again to fix the problem they originally were supposed to fix. They supposively fixed it. Then again this year we had to call them back out. Talk about professional! This crew is fabulous! We used another pool service upon moving into our new house last summer and also asked around at some of the local pool supply stores for referrals. We were unhappy with the first crew that had been maintaining the pool previously. They seemed to just assume that we should use them and were difficult to reach by phone and we always felt rushed.
