The employees at cross auto are professional, honest, and extremely helpful. They gave me a ride to work 2x when I brought my car there which was very helpful. Good communicators- highly recommend. They also gave me a gift card for gas and sent one to the person who referred me to them.
Cross Auto and Tire knows how to take care of it’s customers. Here’s why -The transmission blew on my son’s truck (F150) and I didn’t know whether to go to the dealer or to Cross Auto - (Cross was recommended by a friend). Mike, Julie and their team were spot on. They got an estimate for a Jasper rebuilt transmission - (best price compared to dealership and TWO OTHER garages) and 3 days later transmission was in, warranty on the transmission and the work. I wanted to say thank you to all the staff at Cross Auto & Tire. I was traveling down Silas Deane Hwy and my Ford Explorer started to overheat and the check engine light came on. I made it to the Mobil station that thankfully is also a full-service garage. They communicated with me throughout the whole process. I travel all over CT for work so not having my vehicle for a few days could have been horrible. But, thanks to these wonderful people I had my car back the next day!!
