Heartless bastards for firing the chef - the father of two young children - as his wife was dying. I'll be sure to tell all of our celebrity clients not to stay or eat at The Crosby Street Hotel. Shame on you.

I agree with all the other people! You should fire that chef! As a friend of Mr. Esselborn's wife, my heart goes out to him and his boys. This poor woman was a NYC public school teacher with a beautiful family and suddenly became ill and passed away. How could this moron fire him? Heartless, pathetic poor excuse of a human being!
Amazing boutique hotel right in the best part of Soho. Very friendly staff and nothing is ever too much trouble. Food in the hotel restaurant is to die for.....very nice indeed. Cannot wait to go back!
