Always helpful, always responds, always gets the job done. does not have a secretary so Tom returns calls at the end of his work day. Not sure where Michelle is getting a woman answering the phone as that doesn't happen. Must be talking about someone else Michelle.
Very unprofessional. This first time I tried to use this company, the woman that answered the phone was extremely rude and condescending. The second time, I made an appointment a week in advance with Tom and received a call after 5pm the night before my morning appointment cancelling. I rescheduled for several days later and no call/no show.
