have had to call the police because of neighbors getting violent and making threats numerous times to the point the police officers recommend eviction and the complex does nothing, they never fix anything, major bug problems, the office is rarely actually open, issues with ppl double parking in firelanes and blocking ppl in, now the power is out in the entire complex and the office person didnt even report it to centerpoint I had too. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
