Old garage door was original (1973), still in good shape but HEAVY to lift if electric lost and outdated. Went to one place and all I could see were color chips on a piece of paper and no demos to see. Off to Cropps and Anna did it all. Had a ton of demo doors to see. Also a ring of color chips. Have used them in the past and have had exceptional service. Today I needed emergency service on a weekend. I called the office and the very nice lady contacted the on call person. I called back after 45 min because the on call person never called. Sge sent him a message again and he did call back. He had some lame excuse about not knowing they do after hours after 12 on Saturday. Said he was 2 hours away and could not get to me this weekend He legit sounded drunk. Just had a complete door replacement. Wow, does it look great. So glad we added windows. Not only is there a lot more light inside but we have more light on the driveway for visitors like Trick-or-Treaters. Was a smooth and quick process. Thanks Jen, Jeff, Erica, Brandon and Luke. You're a great team.

Had Cropp's out today to fix a broken door spring. Devon couldn't have been nicer or more informative. The service was timely, efficient, and an overall positive experience. Devon is awesome. Based upon that interaction I would recommend Cropp's - Loves Park.
