I lived at the location 235 Weatheington road for over a year. I was never able to get my security deposit back. I always pay my rent on time. When I moved out I cleaned the placed and did not do any damaged to the property. I cant understand why the land lord keep the deposit. She never gave a reason.

I lived in croom rentals for almost two years and all i can say about croom rentals is that nothing ever works in the trailers. We use to have to fill up our gas tank to heat our tiny trailer twice a month. We could not use our back commode, because the septic tank would fill up so often that the back commode would over flow. And our air conditioner never worked right we had to buy a window unit to keep the kitchen cool enough to just stay in the living room and kitchen. I would not recommend croom rentals to anyone.

I lived in Crooms rental apartments on Weatherington Rd for about 6 months. When my fiance deployed to Iraq we terminated our lease in accordance with all laws. According to the Soldiers and Sailors Act we were supposed to have our security deposit returned since he had orders. However she kept our money even though we did not damage the apt.
