RecommendedI just want to say our experience with Michael M was more than perfect. We Had a life event that caused us to need a new car and he worked every angle to get us to be able to leave the lot with a 2021 Kia K5. He is such a genuine person and that goes a long way when shopping on a car lot. Will be a while before I can drive it due to injuries but it’s safe in the driveway for now.
The customer service at Cronin Kia was above and beyond. Mike was my sales person and was 100% honest and upfront about every detail during the buying process. His no pressure demeanor made the buying process stress free and easy. Rich was very professional and patient in explaining all the finance details also. Every little detail was explained and I’m very happy with my purchase.

Shiloh is very professional! I genuinely felt he wanted to help me find a car I loved and doesn’t just pressure you into buying! After buying the car he made sure to explain all the different features the car had to where I would be comfortable with it. He’s very respectful and engaging towards customers! 10/10 recommend buying from Shiloh!
