We had a great experience at Cronin. When we came in back in August, we told Jeff Harper that we were just starting to look at vehicles. He knew that up front and just showed us some things, but we never felt pressured. We went back two weeks ago on Friday evening after close to look again, and found a couple that we liked. We went back on the Saturday and walked out with a 2018 Optima SX. We absolutely love it. All in all, a fantastic experience....great customer service all around. Thank you.
We went in to Cronin to look at a car that I had seen on their website and was interested in purchasing. When we pulled up There were no sales people but we spotted the vehicle right away and went to check it out. We arrived about 20mins before closing so didn't really think we'd be leaving with a vehicle that night or doing anything other than a quick look. Jeff Harper salesman was awesome. Don't let his height scare you! He had the positive attitude my husband and I were lacking on us being able to trade our vehicle in. Thanks to Jeff for helping us get a brand new Kia with lower payment that was much needed. Also a thank you to Trevin Thalheimer the fiance manager we had was awesome as well. I cannot rave about Mike Monroe enough! If you are looking to buy a car you have to visit Mike at Cronin Kia. His customer service blew me away. As long as Mike works here they will have a loyal customer. He is knowledgeable, kind, and thorough. He made sure I understood every aspect of my new Kia before letting me drive off the lot. He even went the second mile and sent me a personalized thank you video the next morning. Mike Monroe is an absolute asset to Kia Motors!
Marie was outstanding. We pulled on the lot and she was first to greet us. Very easy to talk with and was not “pushy” at all. She is very knowledgeable and made the car buying experience as about as easy as can get.
